3. Data Ownership & Tenant Isolation

FarmItAll™ Pro is a multi-tenant platform. Your farm's data is logically isolated and is only visible to authorized users within your company. We do not sell, rent, or share your operational data with other tenants or third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services to operate the Platform, including:

• Base44 — application hosting and backend infrastructure.
• OpenAI — AI-powered insights, summaries, and assistance.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• OpenWeather — weather forecast data.
• Mapbox — mapping and geolocation services.
• Stripe — payment processing (where applicable).

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your information and use it solely to provide their services.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS/HTTPS), role-based access controls, row-level security, and regular backups. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Upon account termination, you may export your data within 30 days, after which we may permanently delete it, except where retention is required by law.
